Free on-site estimates are provided without obligation. Written estimates reflect the scope of work as assessed at the time of the visit. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted.
Pricing may change if the scope of work changes after an estimate is issued, if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project (such as existing damage, hazardous materials, or structural issues), or if material costs change significantly between estimate and project start.
We will notify you of any pricing changes before proceeding with additional or modified work. Written authorization from you is required before we perform work beyond the original estimate.
Scheduled appointments and project start dates are confirmed when both parties agree in writing (including by email or text). We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to weather conditions that would affect safety or work quality, material delays, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as early as possible and reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
For spray foam insulation jobs requiring occupants to leave the home during installation, you are responsible for ensuring the property is accessible and cleared as agreed before the crew arrives.
Payment terms are established in your written estimate or service agreement. In general, payment is due upon completion of the work unless a deposit or payment schedule has been separately agreed to in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of estimate. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee or referral to collections.
If you dispute an invoice, contact us in writing within 10 business days of receipt. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any billing concerns.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Any specific warranties on labor or materials will be stated in writing in your service agreement. In the absence of a specific written warranty, work is performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by third parties, misuse, modifications made by others after completion, pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of estimate, or damage resulting from acts of nature.
The website and its content are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We make no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advanced Ennis Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or from our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or property damage beyond the direct cost of the services provided.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Ellis County, Texas. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial for claims arising from these Terms or from services provided under them.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.
